Apartment & Villa Management

You have already made an important decision to invest in the Turkish property market. Most properties are purchased as a holiday home, holiday let or purely as an investment. Unless you actually live in your property full time, it will be unattended for the majority of the year, particularly over the Winter months.

There is nothing more upsetting than returning to your property to find that damp, water leakage, or even worse a break-in has happened to ruin your stay, or that of your family and friends. Not to mention the effect on your investment value if any problems are not rectified promptly.

We offer a comprehensive range of standard services, or we can tailor a package to suit your individual requirements, with services including property decoration and repair, cleaning and laundry services.

**With all our packages we email our clients with a report on their property, after every visit, along with recommendations for repair of any problems. In the event of the property still being under builder's guarantee, we will liaise, where possible, with the builder to affect the repairs. **

Bronze Package

This package is designed for unfurnished properties.

  • External and internal checks are carried out a minimum of once per month between 1st.October and 31st.March. (note 1)
  • All areas of the property will be inspected for any signs of deterioration, damp, water leakage or damage.
  • Opening up the property and airing out on each visit.

Annual cost £60

Silver Package

  • External and internal checks are carried out a minimum of once per month for the full twelve months (note 1)
  • All areas of the property will be inspected for any signs of deterioration, damp, water leakage or damage.
  • Opening up the property and airing out on each visit

Annual cost £90

Gold Package*

  • External and internal checks are carried out a minimum of once per month for the full twelve months ( note 1 )
  • All areas of the property will be inspected for any signs of deterioration, damp, water leakage or damage.
  • Opening up the property and airing out on each visit
  • Pre-arrival clean - on your first visit of the season your property will be cleaned INSIDE and OUTSIDE, ready for your arrival
  • Welcome food packs (2 per year) comprising: milk, 6 eggs, water, orange juice, fresh bread and spread.

Annual cost £120

Important Notes:

  1. Additional inspections will be carried out in the event of unduly heavy rainfall, or earth tremors.
  2. Please note that we can only be responsible for the care of your property if we are the sole local key-holder.
  3. Additional items can be supplied on request (subject to additional costs)

*The Gold Package quoted covers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. For 4 or more bedrooms and villas please email us for a specific quotation.
