Bill Payment service (electricity, water and council tax)
Currently it is not possible to pay all your utility bills by direct debit, which is causing many problems for property owners who don't reside locally, as -particularly with regard to the electricity- the meters are read at random intervals and have to be paid between two specific dates when you might not be in the country!
At Altinkum Apartment Services we offer the Bill payment service for a charge of £40 per year. An initial deposit is required to pay the first set of bills, and a running account is kept for you to view at any time, along with the bills paid.
