Buying a property abroad can be an exciting , but daunting experience anywhere in the world and where there is a property boom, unfortunately there will be some unfortunate experiences.

But things are changing and there are now fewer properties being built, but there are still an estimated 12,000 apartments and villas for sale in the Didim area but still there is very little regulation of Emlaks (Estate Agents).

So how can Altinkum Apartment Services help?

The vast majority of people purchasing a property in Altinkum are not resident locally and have to rely to a greater degree on trust of the local builder, developer or emlak.

As we are not an estate agent we can provide you with a totally impartial advisory service and by appointing us as your consultant, we will guide you through the entire process of purchasing your property in Turkey.
