Rental Management

Whether you have rented your property before, or are considering rentals for the first time, Altinkum Apartment Services can manage all types of rentals to suit your own requirements.

All properties incur basic costs -, no matter how little they are used. The costs to consider include insurance, annual community fees (for pools and communal areas) and property minding. Most properties are vacant for 11 months of the year, and obviously all year in the case of unfurnished properties. We can offer long term and holiday rentals to help cover the costs and provide an income from the property.

We offer a comprehensive range of standard services, or we can tailor a package to suit your individual requirements, with services including property decoration and repair, cleaning and laundry services.

Altinkum Apartment Services offer a choice of rentals to suit

Long Term Rentals - furnished and unfurnished:

  • Your property will be prepared for the incoming tenant
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork
  • Ensure that the tenant is aware of their responsibilities - such as paying for electric and water bills
  • Verify the inventory with the incoming tenant
  • Collect rentals
  • Inspect the property periodically
  • Deal with any repair/maintenance issues on your behalf (subject to your agreement).

Holiday (Short term) Rentals:

  • Ideal for those that want to have use of their apartment for own holidays
  • Agree with you a rate for the periods you wish the apartment to be rented out
  • All other costs will be covered by Altinkum Apartment Services - such as cleaning & laundry
  • No additional costs to you.

For your own bookings for your property we can handle the local arrangements to help your guests arrival and holiday even more relaxing. We offer the following service.
